
Ingredients:
- 500 g flour
- 25 g fresh yeast or 7 g dry yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 300 ml warm milk or water
- 2 tbsp oil
- Oil for frying
Optional toppings:
- Garlic water
- Sour cream
- Grated cheese
Instructions:
- Dissolve yeast in warm milk with sugar and let it activate.
- Mix flour, salt, oil, and yeast mixture.
- Knead into a soft dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Divide into balls and flatten into discs.
- Fry in hot oil until golden on both sides.
- Drain and add toppings as desired.
