
Ingredients:
- 500 g flour
- 250 g butter or margarine
- 25 g fresh yeast or 7 g dry yeast
- 200 ml warm milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tbsp sugar
- Pinch of salt
Filling:
- Thick plum jam (szilvalekvár)
Instructions:
- Dissolve yeast in warm milk with sugar.
- Mix flour, butter, egg yolks, salt, and yeast mixture into a soft dough.
- Let the dough rise for about 1 hour.
- Roll out and cut into triangles.
- Add plum jam and roll into crescent shapes.
- Place on tray and let rest 15–20 minutes.
- Bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes until golden.
