
Ingredients:
- 500 g pork fat (with small meat pieces if possible)
- 1 tsp salt (added at the end)
Instructions:
- Cut the pork fat into small cubes.
- Place in a heavy pot over low heat.
- Slowly render the fat, stirring occasionally so it doesn’t burn.
- Continue cooking until the pieces become golden and crispy.
- Remove from the fat and drain on paper towel.
- Lightly salt while still warm.
- Serve warm or cold with bread.
