Power Breakfast Scrambled Eggs with Bacon, Sausage and Onion

Ingredients:

  • 4–6 eggs
  • 100 g bacon, chopped
  • 100–150 g sausage, sliced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1–2 tbsp butter or oil
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Optional: a splash of milk or cream

Instructions:

  1. Heat butter in a pan and fry the bacon until slightly crispy.
  2. Add sausage and cook until lightly browned.
  3. Add chopped onion and cook until soft and golden.
  4. In a bowl, whisk eggs with salt, pepper, and optional milk.
  5. Pour eggs into the pan and cook on low heat.
  6. Stir gently for soft scrambled texture.
  7. Cook until just set and still creamy.
  8. Serve warm.
