
Instructions
- Heat oil and cook onion until soft.
- Remove briefly from heat and stir in paprika.
- Add chicken, tomato, pepper, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in broth, cover, and simmer 35–40 minutes until chicken is tender.
- Mix sour cream with flour and stir into the sauce. Simmer 2–3 minutes.
- Serve hot with nokedli, noodles, or mashed potatoe
