Instructions:
- Prepare doughs separately (yeast-based dough for kifli and batyu, liquid batter for palacsinta).
- Let all doughs rise properly until soft and airy.
- Fill pastries with jam or cottage cheese as desired.
- Shape into rolls, crescents, or pockets.
- Bake pastries at 180°C until golden.
- Fry lángos in hot oil until fluffy and crispy.
- Serve everything warm or at room temperature
