
Ingredients:
- 250 g flour
- 2 eggs
- 500 ml milk
- 200 ml water or sparkling water
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp oil or melted butter
Instructions:
- Whisk eggs, milk, water, sugar, salt, and oil together.
- Gradually add flour and mix until smooth batter forms.
- Let the batter rest for 20–30 minutes.
- Heat a lightly greased pan.
- Pour a thin layer of batter and swirl evenly.
- Cook for about 1 minute per side until lightly golden.
- Fill with jam, cocoa, nuts, or sweet cheese, then roll or fold.
