
Ingredients:
- 4–6 eggs
- 100 g bacon, chopped
- 100–150 g sausage, sliced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1–2 tbsp butter or oil
- Salt and black pepper
- Optional: a splash of milk or cream
Instructions:
- Heat butter in a pan and fry the bacon until slightly crispy.
- Add sausage and cook until lightly browned.
- Add chopped onion and cook until soft and golden.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs with salt, pepper, and optional milk.
- Pour eggs into the pan and cook on low heat.
- Stir gently for soft scrambled texture.
- Cook until just set and still creamy.
- Serve warm.
