CHOCOLATE CARAMEL CRUNCH MILKSHAKE

This decadent milkshake combines smooth chocolate and rich caramel with a satisfying crunch, making it a perfect treat for dessert lovers.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups premium vanilla or chocolate ice cream
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/4 cup salted caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup crushed chocolate toffee bits or crushed pretzels (for the “crunch”)
  • Whipped cream, for topping
  • Extra chocolate and caramel sauce, for drizzling

Preparation

  1. Prep the glasses: Drizzle chocolate and caramel syrup along the inside walls of two tall glasses. For an extra touch, dip the rims in syrup and then into some of the crushed crunch topping.
  2. Blend the base: In a high-speed blender, combine the ice cream, milk, chocolate syrup, and caramel sauce. Blend on medium-high until the mixture is thick and completely smooth.
  3. Add the texture: Pulse in half of the crushed toffee or pretzels. Only pulse 2–3 times so you maintain large, crunchy pieces throughout the drink.
  4. Assemble: Pour the milkshake into the prepared glasses. Top generously with whipped cream, the remaining crunch bits, and a final drizzle of both syrups. Serve immediately with a wide straw.
