Sugar-free condensed milk with just 3 ingredients! Easy, delicious and economical.

Making your own sugar-free condensed milk at home is a simple process that yields a creamy, rich result perfect for keto-friendly baking or coffee. By controlling the ingredients yourself, you avoid the preservatives and high sugar content found in most store-bought cans.

Sugar-Free Condensed Milk

This recipe provides a thick, velvety texture that mimics traditional condensed milk using a heat-stable sweetener.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup low-fat milk powder
  • ½ cup hot water
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • Optional: 1/3 cup granulated sugar-free sweetener (such as Allulose or Erythritol)

Instructions

  1. Combine Base: In a high-speed blender or food processor, add the hot water and the butter. Pulse briefly until the butter is completely melted.
  2. Incorporate Powder: Add the milk powder and your choice of sugar-free sweetener to the liquid.
  3. Blend: Process on high for 1 to 2 minutes until the mixture is completely smooth and no grains remain.
  4. Thicken: The mixture will be thin while warm. Pour it into a glass jar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. It will significantly thicken into a spreadable, pourable consistency as it chills.
  5. Store: Keep the condensed milk in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
