Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil or sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
- Optional: Red pepper flakes for heat
Instructions
- Prep the Shrimp: Ensure the shrimp are thoroughly patted dry to achieve a good sear. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Sauté the Aromatics: Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
